Cyberknight8610 OCG opening who has over 150,000 subscribers. We also posess a lot of World Championship cards including the angry kuriboh. See

What is International (Int) Version vs JP Version?
For Japanese OCG Yugioh, there are two different products. International (Int) Version (Sold outside Japan) and the Japan Exclusive Version (Only sold in Japan). Both Versions are in Japanese, but most of the Int Version are made in Korea. There are some exceptions where the Int Version is Made in Japan but this does not happen very often. As a result, the card quality looks a little bit different. The JP looks darker than Int Version. A lot of hard core 'collectors' prefer the JP Version while most people dont mind about the two version. Since we are in asia, we get the Int Version first but we sell both version.
How do I tell if the singles are JP Version or Int Version?
All of our cards are JP Exclusive version except
- It states on the item that the cards are Int Version
- Some primal origins / Starter Deck 2014 had some Int Version (Since it was the first time the two versions were introduced
- All products after TDIL have Int Version in our website too aswell as JP Version. If you only see 1 Version after TDIL, this means that both JP and Int are made in Japan and they are the same items.
An Item that I want is out of stock. How long do I wait for it to be restock?
This depends on how fast we can get hold of the item. We obtain restock via
1. Our distributors - mainly unopen products.
2. Our Customers - single cards
3. Japan - single cards and rare products
For number 1 and 2 this happens once every months. For Japan restock this usually happens every 2-3 months. So for the card you want it depends on whether our customers have some to sell back to us or whether we can get hold of them in Japan.
How do I check for new products?
When you go into our website, you will see the 'New Items' tab which should display all the new items at our store in order from newest to oldest. YOu can also follow our facebook page

How do you price the singles?
We compare our singles the same price as online store in Japan, or the price that we can get those singles plus a bit of profit. Most cards does not change in price until the cards have been restock from our HQ/Supplier.
I want 3 of the card you have at your shop. However, I can only see 1 avaiable for a long time now. When will you restock more?
As of now, we only restock cards that are totally out of stock. If there is 1 card left of the card you want, it may not be restock yet until all the card is all gone.

The card condition says its A condition. However, when I see it, this does not look like A condition. What do I do?

Please note that we use our judgment base on our experience and years in handling yugioh goods. We underestand that there may be differences in opinion on condition 100%(A), condition 95%(B), and rare misjudge in judgment. We try our best to comply with standard but please understand that card condition is only a general guidance. For individual who knows that they have higher standard than ordinary individuals, we recommend you to avoid placing order to avoid problem.
If you feel that the condition is very much off, please give us an email and we will try to help you as much as possible.
How do I use the coupon? And how can I get an Coupon?
Coupon is usually give to the top 20 customers with highest loyalty points. There are other coupons available and they are sometimes avaiable in our facebook page . So make sure to follow our page!
Do you sell English single cards?
We do, but not very much. We only have some of the old cards or cards that are very expensive in Japanese Version to help with our customers. If you wish to look at high range of english singles, we recommend you to check online webistes in USA.
Do you sell English yugioh products?
We do sir but the items are mainly focused for Customers in Bangkok

My country is not available to choose when I register. Can you send to those countries?
No we cannot sir (For now).
Any special note for Canadian Customers?
We recently found that Canadian Post does not update their website on a lot of orders. To correct this, after around 3-5 weeks, if your item has not arrive, we recommend you to call Canadian Post and tell them your tracking number. You may need to state our address for security purpose.
I have not received my item yet and it has been 3 weeks?
We state that it usually takes 3-5 weeks to arrive but you can start to inspect.

2. Please also note that on the 4:40 of th video, you can click 'view recipt' and double check if the tracking given to you on the page is the same as the picture ( we sometimes write down the incorrect address.
3. If the tracking has not appeared in your country's postal service, we recommend for you to wait another 2 weeks. If nothing , then give us an email and we will start the process of tracking your missing order.
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
First of all, we do not ship in the weekend sir. We cut our order on friday at 11am Thailand time. If you order after that, then we will ship your order on monday. Also after your order has been sent, the tracking is usually given to you at around 7pm Thailand time on the shipping day. Sometimes, the tracking maybe sent to you the morning after if our staff were too busy the day before.
What is the difference between EMS and Registered Mail?
For EMS, it should take 1-2 weeks to arrive at your destination (some, even 2 days). For registered mail, it can take 2-3 weeks. EMS is more expensive than Registered Mail. There is an update that is FEDEX has become cheaper/ same price as EMS. For this, we now recommend you to use FEDEX instead of EMS
How do you pack the cards?
Some website sell cards and they dont know how to pack properly and hence it arrives in bad condition. We, however, pack the item very carefully and put card protector in all cards. Then, we put all the cards into a plastic container . After that, we put 2 hard plastic cardboard on both side of the plastic container and use tape to stick them together. Recently, we started to put bubble wrap around the plastic cardboard too! This way, all cards are well packed and arrive in perfect condition.

I have put an incorrect shipping address. Can I change it?
If the item hasnt been sent and you have emailed us, then we can change sir. However, if the item has already been sent, then you may need to wait until the tracking number has appeared in your country's postal tracking website. Call them and tell them you wish to change your address then sir.
The order is being sent to me now. But I want to cancel it. Can I do that?
You can sir. What you need to do is DO NOT accept the package once it arrives to you and tell them you wish to return it. Once the item has returned back to us we will refund you. Please note that paypal may charge you a sum of money for the refund and we do not cover that fee for you.
I do not receive all the items that I ordered. What do I do ?
First of all, please check your paypal to see if we have sent you any refund on the missing card. If you have not received any refund, please email us. If its our mistake , then we will let you choose between sending you the missing item or refund you the money (we cover the fee for you since its our mistake)
I have a special message you I need to mention in my order . Where do I write that?

I did not receive any email from jakarade.com?
Sometimes our mail is sent to your junk mail. Please check junk mail and see if it is there. If not, please register another account and use the same email again. You may have mistyped your email address. If this does not fix the problem, please write in our
forum page and we will investigate it further and reply asap.
I have confirmed payment and I want to modify my order. What do I do?
This answer assumes that you have confirmed payment but have not made payment yet.
In your confirmation email, there will be a link that you can click to view your order details( you need to be logged into jakarade.com before clicking the link).There, you can click 'modify' button. This will put everything in your order back into your basket/shop and this order number will be cancelled. Now go back to your cart and edit your order. Once done, you can click confirm payment again.
I have confirmed payment and I want to cancel my order. What do I do?
You need to ask yourself if you want to cancel it completely or make a new similar order. If you wish to cancel it completely, then click cancel in the order page. If not we recommend you to click modify so you have a chance of editing your order. Please note that when you click cancel, the stock does not go back into our shop and you may need to wait a while before this happens.

Do you do tournaments?
Yes sir, for now we do Yugioh Chill Tournamenet (FREE) every Wednesday(5pm) and Saturday(2pm) and Duel King(2pm) (Paid) every Sunday. We also do Vanguard every Thursday 5pm and Magic the Gathering every Friday 5pm.

Discount
If I buy a lot do I get special discount?
We do not currently give a direct discount. However, every 4 months, we conclude all our customers to see who has purchase a lot from our store. Then for top 20 customers, we give a one time 10% discount for all our items are our store (Top 8 Limit at $1000 and 9-20 limit at $500). Please note that the purchase include both online and purchase at our physical store. If you are from outside of Thailand then we will send you a discount coupon to use at our store.
